Oral submission closed – June 25, 2025
Notification to oral speakers – July 20, 2025
Poster submission closed – September 10, 2025
Hackathon registration closed – September 10, 2025
Registration closed – October 1, 2025

Speakers, poster presenters and hackathon participants will be informed 2–3 weeks after the respective deadlines.
